Bloomsbury
Au Pairs
introduces only applicants with references that can be checked by
the Agency or its Associates abroad or by the prospective host
family, and most applicants will have been interviewed before any
introduction is made. We also encourage telephone interviews
between potential applicants and host families.
The agency mainly places au pairs from Austria, Germany, France and
Spain, but also from other countries authorised to participate in
the au pair programme through a network of reputable partner
agencies abroad.

We offer a fabulous after placement
service and arrange regular informal
meetings to help our applicants
to socialise with other Au pairs
and to exchange information about
events, schools or to plan outings,
and excursions. Both our families
and the au pairs appreciate this
support, as it helps the au pairs
to settle in quickly and gives them
an opportunity to discuss any difficulties
personally with the prinicipal. |

For applicants who prove
to be unsuitable or incompatible with the family or leave the
employer's home due to unforeseen circumstances during the first 3
months, a free replacement is offered.
